Country Shows 2025 in Yorkshire

Country shows are a day out for all the family and a celebration of the rural country living and lifestyle which is enjoyed across the county, from the flagship Great Yorkshire show to small village shows.

Duncombe Park Country Fair

5th May 2025
Established in 1982 - the original country fair of North Yorkshire in the beautiful grounds of Duncombe Park. Attractions include, trade stands, craft fair marquee, farmers market, static engines, vintage cars, tractors and motorcycles.

Graves Park Country Show

5th May 2025
Enjoy a great day out with all of the family. Free entry event with lots of fun activities and interesting things to see and do including extreme mountain bike stunt show, artisan craft marquee, llama trekking, bird of prey displays and fun fair rides.

Otley Show

17th May 2025
The oldest one day agricultural show in the country, with approx 15000 visitors. Classes are held in Cattle, Sheep, Horses, Ponies, Dogs, Poultry, Pigeons, Waterfowl, Produce, Handicraft and Floral.

Yorkshire Game and Country Fair

17th and 18th May 2025
The Yorkshire Country & Game Fair is held at Scampston Hall. There is a vast array of country sports with loads of ‘have-a-go’ opportunities, to fine foods and animals – all this and lots more.

North Yorkshire County Agricultural Show

15th June 2025
On Show day there will be many events and displays around the show field throughout the day including:- livestock judging, farrier demonstration, alpacas, rabbit and cavy show, craft and baking competitions, vintage tractors, display of classic cars, carriage driving, craft marquee, fire brigade and police displays, an abundance of trade stands.

Todmorden Country Fair

21st June 2025
Todmorden Game and Country Fair is sure to entertain the whole family with a wide selection of Trade Stalls, Food & Drink Stands, Entertainment Shows, Animal Events and Children Attractions.

Honley Show

28th June 2025
Held at Farnley Tyas Showground, HD4 6UW. Family fun filled day out with a wide range of entertainment and agricultural classes and show.

Malton show

29th June 2025
Malton show is held at Scampston Park just outside the town. Shuttle buses run during the event from the town.

Howden Show

6th July 2025
Howden Show is an annual agricultural show organised by a small committee of local volunteers. The show has a long and proud history dating back to 1855.

Great Yorkshire Show

8th to 11th July 2025
This year the Great Show Yorkshire Show will take place over four days. Returning with plenty of your favourites including cookery demos in the Food Hall, national and regional livestock competitions and an exciting Main Ring attraction.

Driffield Show

16th July 2025
An action packed family entertainment show, hosted by Driffield agricultural society at the Driffield Showground.

Bishop Wilton Show

19th July 2025
From humble beginnings in the old school yard, the show is still going strong attracting over 2000 visitors each year. Horse riding classes, horticulture and baking competitions, trade stands, craft stalls, children's entertainment and more.

Weeton Show

Borrowby Show

From humble beginnings back in 1947 Borrowby Show has grown into a successful feature in the show calendar of Yorkshire. It has remained true to the founders original aim of show casing agricultural, horticultural and equestrian best practises.

Aldborough and Boroughbridge Show

Newby Hall, nr. Ripon. The prestigious show, to be held on Sunday July 28th includes entry into the award winning gardens and legendary adventure playground, complete with pedalo boats, zip wire and miniature railway!

Ryedale Show

Ryedale Show is a traditional Agricultural Show providing a showcase of British farming and associated rural activities. Established in 1855. This year returnign to Duncombe Park.

Osmotherley Show

Egton Bridge Gooseberry Show

5th August 2025
Egton Bridge, eight miles from Whitby in the North York Moors National Park, is the setting for the oldest surviving gooseberry show in the country, established in 1800. The show is held on the first Tuesday in August each year by the Egton Bridge Old Gooseberry Society.

Thornton-Le-Dale Show

Thornton le Dale Show attracts visitors from far and near. There is something for everyone to enjoy from livestock to crafts to trade stand.

Gargrave Show

Arthington Show
