Come Play Ft TV's Taskmaster at Scarborough Castle

English Heritage have partnered with TV’s Taskmaster to set you silly challenges as you explore. Collect your Taskmaster score card and complete your tasks. There might be a rubber duck or two to spot on the way too. When you reach the finishing zone, celebrate your silliness with some selfie shots, and collect a little reward for all your hard work.

Spa Orchestra in Scarborough

Celebrating their 112th year the Orchestra, will play seven concerts per week from Sunday to Wednesday. The Spa Orchestra was created in 1912 by Alick Maclean. This first ensemble of 35 professional musicians gave daily concerts in the Grand Hall and Sun Court.

A colourful public art trail bringing 50 giant artist decorated rat sculptures to East Yorkshire and Hull for Summer 2025. Dozens of mischievous rats will be unleashed across East Yorkshire.

Ripon Alerije AR Trail
19th July to 31st August 2025
The ‘Alebrije’ AR Trail is positioned around Ripon centre with ten mystical seed pods to find. Alebrijes are a form of folk art that originated in Mexico, where animals, both real and fantastical, are ornately decorated with colourful patterns and motifs. Once players open the AR, they can take selfies or even record movies with the creatures.

Spa Orchestra in Scarborough

Celebrating their 112th year the Orchestra, will play seven concerts per week from Sunday to Wednesday. The Spa Orchestra was created in 1912 by Alick Maclean. This first ensemble of 35 professional musicians gave daily concerts in the Grand Hall and Sun Court.
Naval Battles at Peasholm Park

For more than 80 years the “Battle of Peasholm” has been played out for 30 minutes three times every week during the summer season, delighting audiences who still find it hard to believe that these boats are mostly manpowered.

The ‘Alebrije’ AR Trail is positioned around Ripon centre with ten mystical seed pods to find. Alebrijes are a form of folk art that originated in Mexico, where animals, both real and fantastical, are ornately decorated with colourful patterns and motifs. Ripon Alebrije AR Trail

The ‘Alebrije’ AR Trail is positioned around Ripon centre with ten mystical seed pods to find. Alebrijes are a form of folk art that originated in Mexico, where animals, both real and fantastical, are ornately decorated with colourful patterns and motifs. Once players open the AR, they can take selfies or even record movies with the creatures.
