A colourful public art trail bringing 50 giant artist decorated rat sculptures to East Yorkshire and Hull for Summer 2025. Dozens of mischievous rats will be unleashed across East Yorkshire. 'A Mischief of Rats' is a new rat-themed sculpture trail that aims to raise money for charity and entertain visitors to the region.

‘A Mischief of Rats’ will be unleashed in the summer of 2025 as a tribute to 60’s band The Rats, whose local musicians included Mick Ronson, probably best known as lead guitarist with David Bowie’s ‘Spiders from Mars’.

The trail will run from 3rd May to 30th August, more details on the trail locations will be provided soon. Follwoing the trail the Rats will be auctioned and proceeds donated to The Daisy Appeal. The Daisy Appeal is committed to transforming healthcare for people with cancer, heart disease, and dementia.
