The trekking centre is based on a working farm in the village of Boltby itself. From Boltby, on the edge of the North York Moors National Park, we are fortunate to be able to access a wide variety of excellent bridleways, forestry, hills and moor land trails, affording stunning scenery and fantastic riding.
Kilnsey Trekking
Kilnsey Trekking and Riding Centre is a family run riding centre that offers pony trekking, horse riding lessons and horse riding holidays. Our pony treks, horse rides and riding tuition are suitable for adults and children from the age of four; able and disabled riders; beginners, intermediate riders and advanced riders.
Grenoside Equestrian Centre Woodland Hacks
Spend a relaxing time hacking into the local woods and beyond. Whether you are just starting out as a rider or more experienced, we offer 1/2 hour rides for total beginners to 2-hour rides for advanced riders.
Woldgate Trekking Centre
A series of superb treks through woodland and over dales has been planned to accommodate both beginners and advanced riders. All treks are escorted by experienced riders, and nervous beginners may be lead if desired. Located near Bridlington.
Bilsdale Riding Centre
Nestled close to Hawnby, in the beautiful North York Moors National Park, Bilsdale Riding Centre (Shaken Bridge Farm) has a wealth of stunning countryside views, riddled with bridlepaths, green lanes and forestry tracks. An idyllic base from where we can showcase the stunning surroundings .
